Hand signed by both the Queen and Prince Philip, with the original document for Captain Pratts OBE, signed by both King George VI and Queen Mary. Also with his original 2nd World War medals comprising: The 1939-45 Star; Africa Star with North Africa 1942-43 clasp; Burma Star; Defence and War Medals. The medals are mounted as worn and also come with the original ribbon rack as worn. The medals are graded as good very fine and better.

He was Engineering Manager at Portsmouth Dockyard 1957-60 and at Rosyth 1960-64; Assistant Director, Royal Naval Engineering Services, 1964-69, as Production Manager, H. He was responsible for the introduction of the first Royal Navy craft to be powered by gas turbine engines - His Majesty's Motor Gunboat 2009.
