We have taken a discontinued Heil Classic shell (which is proportionately and style-wise nearly identical to the 74B), and installed a new modern high-quality ribbon module with a Geistnote transformer.

A respectable recreation of RCA's famous 74B , right down to the RCA meatball logo. The physical condition of the microphone is flawless with a highly-polished chrome upper section. The microphone head is mounted to a chromed ball-joint pivot and threaded to a Heil mic stand, also replicating the original weighty RCA desk stands featuring that chromed accent strip in the middle.

This mic delivers a rich, clean studio-quality signal you would expect from a fine ribbon mic, with loads of output and a short cable with 3 pin male XLR plug.
