Attractive Vintage genuine WWII WW2 Legion of Merit Commander medal with neck ribbon in case with ribbon bar and lapel pin. Looks better in person than the scan shows. The name on the lid of the case has faded with the passage of time.

It says "LEGION OF MERIT COMMANDER". This is a common occurrence with this case.

Nice medal with great enamel and neck ribbon. Ribbon bar has been pinned to the case. I believe that is the way they came back then. Ribbon bar has two pins to pin it on.

The bottom inside of the case comes out to tuck in the neck ribbon. Lapel pin has a screw on pin assembly. Hard to find this nice anymore. Scan may be enlarged to show detail.
